Finnish Medical Convention is the largest continuing education event for doctors and an important meeting place for companies!
The event is a two-day in-person event where companies have the opportunity to interact and meet doctors face to face. All training content is available to visitors only on site, and access to lectures is through the exhibition.

New stand packages for 2027
Next year, we will continue the intimate atmosphere of the exhibition with new stand packages. The stand packages are end stands, which allow visitors to be met in an even more impressive and cost-effective way.
6 m² – €2,800 + VAT
9 m² – €3,500 + VAT
12 m² – €4,000 + VAT
18 m² – €5,600 + VAT
The stand package includes:
- Wooden walls
- Exhibition space
- Dark gray carpet (carpet color can be changed)
- 3 arm lamps
- 1 power outlet 16A 230V 3.6kW
- Fabric banner on the wall with your own material (reusable)
- Logo visibility on the event website
Larger packages based on the square meter price of the exhibition space:
- 20-50 m² – €183/m² + VAT
- 51 m² and larger – €158/m² + VAT
Expo start pack (includes 16A 230V 3.6 kW power outlet and electricity consumption, visibility and environmental fee) €670 will be added to the exhibition space. The structures of the stand can be built by us, or you can use your own builder.
A small 6 m² stand is the most cost-effective way to participate in Lääkäripäivät. It is ideal for start-up companies, for example, and offers a compact space to present your products/services face-to-face to doctors.
The small stand includes:
- Profile-structured walls
- *side wall steps, height 150 cm
- Dark gray carpet
- 2 LED arm lights
- 1 power outlet (incl. in the exhibition package)

The Medical Days event offers a variety of advertising spaces that allow you to stand out and reach doctors
- Visibility branding at the event entrance and exit gates, €1,660 + VAT. Includes taping both entrance gates with your own material. Reaches visitors immediately upon their arrival and departure. The price also includes installation and removal.
- Sticker advertisements, toilet mirrors, €1,170 + VAT. Includes visibility on all mirrors in the event’s toilet facilities. 50 A3-sized advertisements. The price also includes installation and removal.
- Printed advertisements, toilet cubicle doors €1,760 + VAT. Includes visibility in all toilet cubicles at the event. 240 A4-sized advertisements. The price also includes installation and removal.
- Sticker advertisements starting at €430 + VAT to direct visitors to your stand, size 1.3 m x 1.3 m.

Terms and conditions of participation
These terms and conditions supplement the general terms and conditions of participation of Suomen Messut Osuuskunta.
- Participation will be invoiced before the exhibition on November 27, 2027.
- Messustartti €670 (incl. 16A 230V 3.6 kW power outlet and electricity consumption,
- visibility and environmental fee) is included in the stand packages (not just the exhibition space rental).
- Visibility and environmental fee €450.
- Structures exceeding the standard height (over 250 cm) are advertising space: €48 + VAT/square meter of advertising space, with a minimum charge of €480 + VAT and a maximum charge of €4,800 + VAT.
- Two-story structures: 50% of the space rental fee will be charged for the second floor.
- Two-story structures: 50% of the space rental fee will be charged for the second floor area.
- Other companies participating in the booths will be charged a visibility and environmental fee of €450. The exhibitor who reserved the space is responsible for the participation fees for their shared booth.
- The invoicing surcharge is €25 + VAT/invoice. The invoicing surcharge will be charged if the company’s contact details are changed or if the joint stand rental invoice is divided between several companies.
- All prices are subject to VAT at the current rate.
- Please place your orders in good time, as prices will increase one month before the event.
