Finnish Medical Convention is Finland’s largest and most important event of the year for professionals in the health care sector and the most important training event of the year for doctors.
The event will be two days long next year and will be held solely as an in-person event, allowing for even better interaction and networking opportunities with industry professionals.

New Ready-made-stand
Next year, we will continue the exhibition’s intimate and immersive atmosphere with new booth packages. These booth packages are end-cap stands, which allow exhibitors to engage with visitors in a more impressive and cost‑effective way.

Larger booth setups* are priced according to the square‑meter rate of the exhibition space:

Included in the package:
Small 6 m² – this stand is the most cost‑effective way to participate in the Lääkäripäivät event. It is an excellent choice especially for start‑up companies and offers a compact space to present your products or services face‑to‑face to doctors

TERMS OF PARTICIPATION
- The invoice for participation sending before event.
- Expostart €670 (incl. socket 16A 230 V 3,6 kW and energy consumption, Publicity and environmental fee) including only the package stand.
- Any stand constructions exceeding 250 cm are considered additional advertising space and subject to an extra charge. Minimum charge is €400.
- Stands with two storeys: the square meters of the second storey are subject to a charge which is 50 % of the space rental.
- Joint stands: If the stand is used by several exhibitors, Publicity and environmental fee €450 is charged from all exhibitors. The company in charge of making the reservation is required to manage all other invoices.
- An extra charge of 25 € is charged if additional invoices need to be made when, for example, the space rental is paid by several companies, or the company contact information is being changed.
- VAT is added to all prices.
- Prices are valid until one month before the event.
